This Holi, we’ve got something you can use to have a colorful food-full year! Presenting a few completely natural & homemade colors! Just follow the instructions below & use it to brighten up your daily meals.
PINK – Blend 1/4th Cup Boiled Betroot + 1/2 Cup Betroot Juice. Use the leftover boiled liquid & strain before using.
YELLOW – Mix 1/2 Cup Water + 1 Tsp Haldi. Simmer for 2 mins.
PURPLE – Blend 1/2 Cup Blueberries + 1/3rd Cup Water (Strain before using)
GREEN – In a saucepan, simmer 1 Cup Palak + 1/2 Cup Water for 2-3 mins. Blend & strain before using.
Store these airtight jars for upto 3 weeks in the fridge. Use as required. A few drops should do the trick!
