It is Day 3 of our blog series and we are still going strong!
Whether you’ve been a part of our glorious ShopClues community for 5 days or 5 years, we always think it’s best to buckle down and go back to the basics.
As all good things in the world have a proclivity for change, so do our ShopClues policies!
We are constantly striving to better our policies and systems to serve our sellers to the best of our abilities, while also enhancing customer experience.
Consider this your revision course before we move on!
•Handling orders – Right from generating and uploading your manifest within 24 hours, to packing your orders efficiently, always keep in mind customer satisfaction and continuously look for ways to improve upon it. For more details, you can visit ShopClues University to watch tutorials for the same in Hindi or English.
•Managing your e-store: Our simple recipe for success with your online store is to regularly update your catalog, make sure your products are reasonably priced and stay relevant. Participate in deals and promotions for a bonus in sales or choose from our specialized services to spike your growth. We love to help! (More of which you will discover in tomorrow’s post.)
•Basic do’s and don’ts – Do keep yourself updated on ShopClues policies and always follow your service level agreements. Don’t indulge in anything that might compromise your sales or online store in any way. To keep yourself updated regularly, check your registered e-mail, as well as the Announcement page on your Store Manager.
•Brownie points: How to become a TRM – It’s no secret that the Top Rated Merchants of ShopClues experience a range of benefits like no other. The best way to catapult your store to this coveted status is quite simple. Be prompt with your deliverables, keep your payments cycle positive and soaring and most important of all? Keep your customers happy and wanting more!
Legal: If you’re a licensed re-seller of a brand, you must produce the necessary certification to the catalog team, in order to have your products uploaded. This is done in order to maintain catalog hygiene and ensure all products being sold on the ShopClues website are authentic. On the flipside, if you come across any other seller who is selling your products without your permission, you can raise a ticket from your Store Manager or mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your official letter head and grievance, to rectify the same.
